Down Memory Lane

Its been almost four years since I left Sunway University College, after completing my A Levels. I was there for 18 months, 18 meaningful unforgettable months.

There were not many people in our class. Let me put out a list...

Me, Arif, Fido and Izzat were the only Malays in the class.
And the rest were Amanda, Betty, Ai Fang, Xin Lyn, Ron, Hanson, Ce Dong, Vincent, Seow, Jon, Jac, Norman and Xander. Did I miss anyone?

There were also some people who left early like Eunice. =(

Life in Sunway was different than my life right now. We had our study time, our play time. It was then when I learn how to value the true meaning of friendship.

So last night, five of us met up in Midvalley!~ It has been ages since the last time we saw each other, and I really miss those times.

I arrives in Mid at approximately 5.30, having Arif waiting for me at MPH. Arif is literally my guardian angel. I remember how he could immediately detect my facial expression if I'm sad, he would wait for me at the first shelter *I have an umbrella, so yea* and even till now I would still call him up if I'm sad, confused, happy, stress. Basically everything. But life has seem to got in the way now, and most of us are busy with studies, and some of us, work. So yea =(

Then we went for a cup of ice cream at Baskin Robbins where we met up with Amanda, Betty and Izzat. Amanda was among the first girl I got close to, and so was Betty. We shared a lot of stories together. =) I miss just having them to talk to in class, or skipping Malaysian Studies for a movie in Pyramid. Those were the days.

Izzat? This boy I knew since DAY 1 in Sunway. He's so.... So... So... Words can't describe. Hahaha. But I love him anyway. This little boy was the reason everyone smiled in a stressful class!!~

So, to those who wish to be with me, you have to get approval from the S3 class first =) That's how close we are. Haha

The gathering was simple, everyone shared stories, some are sad, some are fun and happy. We updated each other about everything that has happened for the past God-knows how many years and ended up laughing over the question - What should we get for Fido's wedding. I may say after his engagement to Bella I heard wedding bells, but I never expected it to be this soon. Haha. Anyway, I'm super happy for you, Fido. Take good care of my Bella =)

Anyway, the gathering ended with all of us waiting for Amanda's ride before we head off to our own directions. I literally had to held my tears back as it felt so nice seeing them again. So. Simple.

I can't wait for Fido's wedding. Hope more can make it, and it'll be a blast!!!

I Think...

I want my brown-red hair I had last year back.. Thinking of re-dying it. What do you think?

Or..

Should I make it black, almost to my original hair colour?

I'm in a total dilemma.

Or..

Maybe, just maybe, I should grow this violet-brown hair out and resume my original hair colour.

Am I that patient? We'll see....

If I Were the Green Hornet...

... what would I do to stop crime???

Green Hornet

Hornets are the largest eusocial wasps!!!!

Being a green hornet, first and foremost I would gather all my friends and relatives such as THE SUPER ANTS and THE SUPER BEES to be in my team =) This way, I would be able to build a strong team that will be able to monitor crime and also the safety.

As we know, ants and bees are the perfect example of teamwork, I would want to join forces with them as I believe a team with good dynamics and team work will never go down!!!

Those are my little helpers!~

Then I would call all the superheroes on my contact list.. Hmm.. Let me see, I have Superman, Batman, Iron Man, the Fantastic 4, The Flash, X-Man, Mr. America and cat woman. To those who I didn't call, I know you have a lot of other work. So I will not bother you guys. Thanks for the smses though. Lets always keep in touch! =)

These will be the guards of the places where I think is susceptible to crime. We will have a weekly meeting to monitor the progression of safety at each place. Not to underestimate their superpowers, each of them will be given a post in the committee so that they will feel appreciated for their contribution.

I would also try to use my telepathy to connect with my underworld friends like the vampires and the werewolves. I know the Salvatores and the Culllens would be delighted for some action. Even Harry Potter will be excited to help out =)

Finally, I would establish a connection with my fantasy friends such as Robin Hood, Aladdin, The Incredibles, the princes and not to forget Shrek as they would be a part of my ultimate plan to not be beaten! Not to forget the Disney Princesses as all of them has been trained in combat since young!

Together, all of us will form the invisible team that would overcome all obstacles and save the day!!

And the world will be a better place to live in =)

Now folks, I don't actually know what's the big plan of the Green Hornet. Let's find out together shall we?

In the 3D action-comedy The Green Hornet, Britt Reid (Seth Rogen) is the son of LA’s most prominent and respected media magnate and perfectly happy to maintain a directionless existence on the party scene – until his father (Tom Wilkinson) mysteriously dies, leaving Britt his vast media empire. Striking an unlikely friendship with one of his father’s more industrious and inventive employees, Kato (Jay Chou), they see their chance to do something meaningful for the first time in their lives: fight crime. To get close to the criminals, they come up with the perfect cover: they’ll pose as criminals themselves.

In Theaters 27th January 2011

Ps: I would love the MP3 to accompany me during my training session. To save the world, we need to be fit, right???? =)

Silence....

... is golden.

It's the purest music of all, the loudest cry.

I have been through enough to say that sometimes silence is all that is needed to fight. And through that, you become stronger.

There are times when you argue non-stop with someone. Both of you getting the heat on, trying to blame each other, pointing fingers.

But till when will the war go on, the fight of who's wrong and who's right. And for that, I remain silent.

Being silent does not mean you lose, it means you're matured enough not to get your emotions overwhelm you, not to let your judgments be strayed. When you keep quiet, your head can take control, not your heart.

I had a small fight with a close friend, and I decided to just shut it off. It was purely a misunderstanding, some things said incomplete leading to misconception. Both of us kept quiet. And after a minute or so, we were engaged into another conversation which involves nothing from the former. It felt good, as I'm not the type who wants to drag a fight, not with someone I care about. And after that topic, the both of us were laughing and apologizing about the previous argument. It felt good =) Really.

Maybe I should do it more often. Let the person say whatever he or she wants, then keep quiet for awhile. People who know me would know I am of no capability to keep quiet at all. LoL. But I would rather change than lose friends who are close and dear to me just because of silly fights. I believe that people change, and I am of no exception.

Sometimes, silence speaks the loudest that even words cannot say.

Tomorrow..

I'll be leaving to Melaka with Aween. She's not coming back today, so neither am I, since I will have to sleep there alone. No freaking way! Huuuuu. So I guess I would watch AJL2010 from my humble home afterall. Thanks to ManU's game tonight =(

Tomorrow I'll be back to no-internet-land. So wont be updating much. I'm just glad that I have my phone to stay connected =)

Kakak's engagement is in another two weeks, I really can't wait. =) Somehow the first week in Melaka has passed by rather fast. This also means I would have to study, as there is no time to waste.

I'm thinking of joining the gym near mama's house. But I remembered that I am leaving for almost two months. Though the person in charge told me that my account could be freezed for that period of time, I still don't know :S hmmmm....

I'm supposed to go and visit Aida today. Maybe in a few hours. She's been good for these few days, so I think she'll be fine by the time I'll be gone. FyD would be around, anyway, right?

I really wanna watch a movie, but I honestly have no idea of what movie =S Aty wants to watch Rapunzel. I wouldn't mind watching it again, lets see what Kak Anje says =)

I'm happy, really =)

J2011 Lagenda

Last night, I went to watch a concert for the first time in my life. I'm used to watching musicals, but not a concert. It was a concert by one of the legend singers in Malaysia, Jamal Abdillah. I don't really know his songs, let me rephrase that, I might know a lot of his songs, but I don't know that he sang them. So yea.

I didn't know what to expect when I first stepped into the hall. I have always watched broadways there, and I expected it to be of similar setting and all.

The show started with a wonderful dance. When Jamal appeared on stage, the crowd went wild, literally. When he hit the first note, the crowd roared!!! His voice was superb!!!!!

There were some songs that I could sing along and memorized by heart since I was a little girl!!

I would say the whole show was worth it. It was superb I tell you, though I'm dissappointed he did not sing some of the songs that I know. LoL. I love it when he sang Jeritan Batinku with a solo saxophone by Dato' Ahmad Nawab. His voice can melt hearts I tell you.

I went out of the hall with a smile, though I still think the ending of the show was quite abrupt. Jamal claimed that he was not feeling well. Even so, he is still a wonderful entertainer. =) Love the show so so so much!

I forgot to bring my camera and my phone ran out of battery. Great right =(

Anyhow..... This reminds me, Lofa, Dewi Remaja 2010 will be in a remake of the movie Azura, as the lead role, Azura herself!!!! Good luck dear. =)

First Week of January

So I spent my first week in Melaka, which was totally awesome!!!! =)

Thanks, for sending me there though you were not in a good shape. Good thing you recovered the following day =) heeee

Well, I may say psychiatry posting is totally cool. I had so much fun in the clinic. There were not many patients in the ward, so yea.

I miss having my dolls and everyone else in Terendak with me. But I guess I'm having fun anyway. I would want them to be with me not, but I guess the next time all of us would be together will not be as students. Holiday perhaps?
Anyway, due to low connectivity...... I missed to wish this on time =P
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZAMRI

2011 The Beginning

Its my fisrt post of the year!!! To all my readers....

Happy New Year 2011!!!!

May this new year brings joy and happiness to everyone. Every day we become more matured in handling life. Life is just once, live it =)

Year 2010 has been a long year for me. A lot has happened, a lot of drama too. I hope this year there will be nothing as such. I have a big exam coming up at the end of this year, and I wont risk it for anything.

Well, how did I start my new year?

Nope, I did not went to any new year party or spend time in a crowded place. I'm not raised in that manner, and I am not interested too.

My ideal new year's eve would be spending with a few friends for dinner and be home. A movie sounds like a decent idea too, but I had no idea what movie to watch. So I went to a private BBQ party with adik and left slightly before the clock strikes 12. There were only about 15 people at the party and all of them were adik's friends. I look like a worriend parent! Hahahahah...

My resolutions for this year? Simple..

1. Not to ever hurt the people I love ever again and appreciate their presence in my life even more
2. Not to hold on to the past, just let it go.. its time =)
3. Become a more diligent student - no more procrastination, no more playing around. Exams is just in a few months!!!!!!

Today, 1.1.11 marks a big day in my friend - Aishah Azman's life. The day she becomes a wife =) Congratulations honey, you look stunning. I pray you two lovebirds will be together till eternity!!!

So I woke up and found myself preparing to go to the ceremony which was in Wangsa Maju. I had a great time, met up with my friends before I journey off to Terendak tomorrow. Can't wait for the 22nd though =P
